I am passionate about exploring, discovering and sharing the multitude of ways that creativity and creative practices can:

  • Enhance mental health and overall well-being
  • Build confidence
  • Be harnessed as a positive coping skill for recovery
  • CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOR THE BETTER

I stumbled upon this years ago by attending an informal Zentangle® workshop. That one act has blossomed into something I could never have imagined and changed the direction of my life for the better.

Time to transform your designs from paper to reality. Once all materials are received and logged in, our talented Development Team with over 30 years of experience will construct your first samples with accuracy and efficiency.

The Zentangle® Method

is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. It was created by Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas. “Zentangle” is a registered trademark of Zentangle, Inc. Learn more at zentangle.com.

As a mental health professional, with my own personal journey, I am excited to share with you information and experiences that you can incorporate into your own life to: – create awarenesses that you did not have before – learn practices and coping skills that will improve your life – tap into the innate creative nature that resides in all of us.

My creative practice is my go-to tool for coping with my life’s difficulties including CPTSD, complicated grief and just the daily stresses of life. But these practices are for anyone who wants to benefit from the wonderful things we can learn about ourselves along the way! This is about the journey, not about the end product. You do not have to be an artist to embark on this practice!

As a side note, just like anything else in life, the more you practice, you will notice yourself getting better. As a result of my journey, one of the things I have observed is that my creative skills are improving! I am becoming a better artist!
